ALIEN: COVENANT Poster Sports New Release Date

It looks like an old friend will be greeting space explorers once again in a terrifying and familiar way in ALIEN: COVENANT!!!

Flip and get some new updates on ALIEN: COVENANT since the Poster Sports New Release Date…

ALIEN: COVENANT Poster Sports New Release Date has learned via a tweet from 20th Century Fox that ALIEN: COVENANT is going back to its roots when it comes to the evolution of Alien.

This makes sense since this movie is another prequel to the original Alien film back in 1979. You know the one that kicked off the franchise. Instead of its original August release date, ALIEN: COVENANT has been moved up to May 19, 2017.

Like the posters says, if you run into one of these bad boys….RUN!

The update comes directly from 20th Century Fox who posted this tweet:

ALIEN: COVENANT Poster Sports New Release Date

This poster, as you can see, tells a different story. Now Alien: Covenant will be one of the movies kicking off the upcoming summer movie season rather than ending it. Which is weird because these aliens are far more accustomed to f-cking ending things.

The Plotline:

The crew of the colony ship Covenant discover what they think is an uncharted paradise, but it is actually a dark, dangerous world, whose sole inhabitant is the synthetic David, survivor of the doomed Prometheus expedition.

What does this mean for the film? Does is indicate confidence on Fox’s part? Who knows at this point. All we can say is Hurray, Alien will be hitting theaters earlier.
