Charlie’s Angels Needed Cameos By Drew Barrymore Lucy Lu Cameron Diaz

How Charlie’s Angels Could Have Been A Hit! Charlie’s Angels NEEDED Drew Barrymore, Lucy Lu, Cameron Diaz Cameos!

Charlie’s Angels was Awesome, but we have some advice on how it could have hit it mark as a sequel, since the movie is a reboot, but NOT a remake!

First, Sony Pictures and Elizabeth Banks Charlie’s Angels stars young Hollywood Naomi Scott (Elena Houghlin), who played Jasmine in Disney’s live-action Aladdin, the 2017 Power Rangers movie and The 33.

Starring alongside Naomi is Twilight star Kristen Stewart (Sabina Wilson), which the movie revolves around, but her Hollywood baggage from Snow White and The Huntsman seems to continue to follow her. Rounding off the three Angels is newcomer Ella Balinska who plays Jane Kano.

Unfortunately, the film didn’t do well in the box office on its opening weekend and it’s being considered a flop, but the movie was really good. Read on because Charlie’s Angels strong cameos from Drew Barrymore, Lucy Lu, and Cameron Diaz could have helped…

CelebNMovies247.com loved the Charlie’s Angels reboot because it was a sequel continuing on from the Drew Barrymore, Lucy Lu, and Cameron Diaz movies.

However, the problem with Elizabeth Banks version of Charlie’s Angels is that she left out three majorly important cameos by Drew Barrymore, Lucy Lu, and Cameron Diaz. She joked about the movie being a flop, but this would have helped because they have hug fanbases and would have brought in fans of the franchise quicker. Personally, we feel that Drew should have been another Bosley in the film with more of a role. Hopefully if the film gets a sequel she can bring in all three ladies.

In the film, the Angels have gone global and like Banks’ character, she was once an Angel herself and was promoted to a Bosley. See, just like Angels (undercover glamourous female agents), there is a slew of Bosley’s that run each division of the Charlie’s Angels Agency around the world.

The Bosley are Angels who have been promoted up in the ranks, which would have been a perfect opportunity for Elizabeth Banks to have a Cameo from Drew Barrymore as the LA Bosley.

Then, there are two more Bosley’s in the film Patrick Stewart (John Bosley, who took the Agency global) and Djimon Hounsou (Edgar Bosley) who is the mentor for Ella Balinska who plays Jane Kano.

Where the Lucy Lu, and Cameron Diaz Should Have Been:

There are a couple of scenes in the film when Naomi Scott (Elena Houghlin) goes to Charlie’s Angels training camp, this would have been a perfect cameo for Lucy Lu to be the Driving and Fighting Instructor instead of Ronda Rousey and Danica Patrick.

In another scene of the movie where there is a pass off, and near the end of the film, it would have been a great spot for Cameron Diaz. We feel that Elizabeth lost perfect opportunities to utilize the original film stars, sort of a passing of the torch. It would have helped drive-in more moviegoers.

One cool thing in the credits is you get to see the voice behind Charlie, another Angel who was promoted, and OG Jaclyn Smith, who played Kelly Garrett in the television series Charlie’s Angels from the 70s.
