The new Jungle Book remake is looking like a must see movie this year especial with the amazing work behind the characters alone, especially Idris Elba as Shere Khan on the flip…
Instead of superheroes, Jon Favreau utilized cutting-edge technology to bring the vast jungle and all its inhabitants to bring Neel Sethi’s live-action Mowgli to life via computer animation.
The results are outstanding and when you see the newest set of posters from the upcoming The Jungle Book movie, that will have you believing they’re real. They’re remarkably photo-realistic, the animation is top-shelf, and that is what is making this a MUST SEE movie.
However, with such real digitally made jungle creatures we feel that this will add a new level to the family friendly film. We’re not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing, but here is a first look at Idris Elba as the Giant tiger, Shere Khan:
Let us know was that too real? Was it to terrifying for little kids? Has Disney and Jon Favreau pushed the envelope of real too far?
The film features the voices of Bill Murray, Ben Kingsley, Lupita Nyong’o, Scarlett Johansson, Christopher Walken, Giancarlo Esposito, and Emjay Anthony.
The Jungle Book opens in 2D and 3D on April 15, 2016.
