Creed 2 Wraps, Rambo 5 Pushes Expendables 4 Back

Creed 2 Wraps, Rambo 5 Pushes Expendables 4 BackExpendables 4 Gets pushed back due to schedule change. CelebNMovies247.com has learned that Sylvester Stallone will be filming Rambo 5 this fall in order to prepare it for a September 2019 release.

The pushback may be a bonus for Arnold Schwarzenegger since he will be filming Terminator 6 this summer.

Not to mention, Sylvester Stallone recently wrapped production on Creed 2, and now he’ll be jumping into Rambo this fall.

He will close out 2018 with the promotional campaign for the Creed 2 and a release on November 21, 2018. Creed 2, the sequel is now officially in post-production after wrapping principle shooting in Philly, reports MovieWeb.com.

Once Stallone gets through the holidays and hopefully another Oscar nom for Creed, he’ll be jetting off to Bulgaria to begin filming Expendables 4.

Stallone officially signed on to the project late last month, which led to speculation as to who else will be reprising their roles or about any newcomers who will be jumping on to the franchise.

Who will be returning to Expendables 4?

We can assume that Schwarzenegger, Jason Statham, and Dolph Lundgren will be back on board. Jason Statham should have his schedule wide open since the Fast and Furious spin-off starring himself and Dwayne Johnson goes into production this fall. Dolph Lundgren recently wrapped shooting Creed 2 with Sylvester Stallone, so one would imagine that he’d be back on board as well. We hope to see Jet Li and Wesley Snipes reprise their roles as well.

What will Happen to Terry Crews Character in Expendables 4?

Terry Crews is still an unsure return since he’s part of the #MeToo movement after he BLASTED Stallone’s WME agent Adam Venit for groping him. It was also rumored that Expendables 4 producer Avi Lerner pressured Crews to drop his lawsuit against Venit. Which sounds like if he doesn’t drop the lawsuit he will not be returning for part 4.

Expendables 4 will begin filming next April in Bulgaria. No release date has been set for the film, but sources say that it will hit theaters in late 2019.
Rambo 5 is also slated for a September 2019. It would make more sense if Expendables 4 hit theaters in 2020, but time will tell.
