Ray Fisher Hopes Cyborg Resonates With The Disabled

When it comes to the world of superheroes, CelebNMovies247.com is a fan of Cyborg and we’re very happy that he is part of the upcoming Justice League movie.

Ray Fisher has recently said expect a change for his Cyborg character with ‘Justice League’ and the planned solo series for the hero. The plan is to allow those living with disabilities to hopefully be able to see themselves in Fisher’s character Victor Stone, aka Cyborg. The DC franchise is hoping to have the same success with Cyborg like they did with Wonder Woman empowering millions of little girls around the world.

Fisher says that Cyborg will open a lot of doors if screenwriter Chris Terrio and former director Zack Snyder have their way.

Ray recently spoke with Geek Magazine, saying:

“I’ve had lots of fans who come out and say ‘Listen, I can relate to Cyborg because I lost a limb,’ or ‘I have this cochlear implant.’ It’s one of those things when you actually start seeing it, when you actually start hearing about it, that made Cyborg more relevant to me than I think he ever had been up until that point.”

Despite the many who find physical disability to be a hindrance and weakness, Cyborg will help transform much of the opinion surrounding that. Hopefully, ‘Justice League’ and ‘Cyborg’ will help prove that and inspire legions of viewers moving forward.
