CelebNMovies247.com reports that Mark Ruffalo aka The Hulk go excited and accidentally announced the name of the upcoming Avengers 4 film.
Yes, Mark Ruffalo announced the name of the upcoming Avengers 4 film on Fallon.
Until that point, the name had been a closely guarded secret than private discussions. Avengers is a highly confidential material with Marvel.
A worried Mark Ruffalo took to Twitter before the interview aired asking Fallon:
@JimmyFallon, I trust that you will cut my spoiler slip on the show tonight. That was “off the record” homey. Please don’t get me in trouble with Marvel (Barry) again. DM me back. M.
The tweet was quickly spotted by the Avengers 4 directing team and they responded with three simple, yet dramatic, words:
Mark, you’re fired.
Okay, this is clearly a joke, right? Because the whole situation has put Marvel fans in a bit of a frenzy.
We doubt that The Russo Brothers are that mean and that Mark is FIRED, but it’s enough to make him shut up about anything Marvel.
This is not the first time Mark has slipped up.
Ruffalo admitted previously:
I basically spoiled the end of Avengers: Infinity War with Don Cheadle, who will no longer do press with me. I’ve been put under surveillance by Marvel.
He has been put under surveillance by Marvel after accidentally spoiling Avengers: Infinity War’s ending, and then he proceeds to spoil the fourth Avengers film.
