Star Trek 4 Back In Production With Chris Pine Returning

Finally great news, Star Trek 4 back in production with Chris Pine returning!

Star Trek is experiencing a nice little resurgence at the moment. The second season of Discovery went down pretty well with everyone, fans are starting to get excited for the imminent return of Picard. But there is better news to report, finally, Star Trek 4 is back in production…

CelebNMovies247.com has received word that Star Trek 4is back in production according to Quentin Tarantino who will be putting together his own unique take on the franchise.

Star Trek 4 back in production with Chris Pine returning is AWESOME, but what scares us is that Quentin Tarantino who will be putting together his own unique take on the franchise.

Yeah, we love Tarantino we are just not too sure he’s NOT going to F the franchise up.

The reason why is this, We’re talking about ST4, of course, the much-anticipated sequel to J.J. Abrams’ 2009 reboot that’s been stuck in development 3 years.

We last saw the enterprise in 2016’s Star Trek Beyond which only brought in $343 million globally on a $185 million budget. That was the main reason why the studio was unwilling to shell out too much money for the fourth installment. Not to mention the contract negotiations with both Chris Pine and Chris Hemsworth stalled.

It looked like the project was all but dead. But now Star Trek 4 is now back on the table. In fact, it’s even got a new writer and director in the form of Noah Hawley, who’s in final talks with Paramount to board the project.

And the best part about Star Trek 4 is that Noah Hawley is in talks to direct which means NO Quentin Tarantino. Sometimes things happen – Paramount missed a bullet with that.

We’ll keep you posted…
