Find out why The Winter Soldier Isn’t Going Anywhere on the flip…
Having been both villain and vigilante, Sgt. James Buchanan Barnes is due a heroic return. But wait it gets better.
Sebastian Stan has a nine-film contract with Marvel Studios. He has done only three Captain America movies, which means that he has six more films to be in. He is confirmed to appear as Winter Solider is 2018’s Avengers: Infinity War.
Bucky may show up in the Black Panther, the third Avengers film which starts shooting next year. Marvel will be back to Atlanta, GA. So now the big question, Will Bucky Barnes find redemption?
Will he team up with Captain America again? Will he finally get to punch Spider-Man? Can the Wakandan doctors cure him for good, or will he have to avoid words like “homecoming” and “seventeen”? We’ll find out together in Avengers: Infinity War, due December 16, 2018.
Lastly, if Bucky Barnes aka The Winter Soldier returns in Avengers: Infinity War Pt 1, does that mean he will be in pt 2 as well? If he does appear in all those films that means he will have starred in only six movies. Could he become another superhero if Bucky has an unseen demise in Avengers: Infinity War Pt 2?
If The Winter Soldier dies in one of the movies who would he return as? Which superhero would Sebastian Stan play since Chris Evans was the Human Torch in Fantastic 4 and then when the franchised came to a grinding halt. Evans had rebirth as Captain America, so its possible is The Winter Soldier only has three more films that means he would have three more to go as someone else.
Stan’s other memorable credits include Ricki and the Flash, ABC’s Once Upon A Time, Black Swan, and The Martian. He also has the Michelle Schumacher Directed I’m Not Here coming in 2017.
Born in Constanta, Romania, Stan turns 34 today. Happy Birthday, Sebastian Stan!
