Bobcat Goldthwait is speaking his mind about Disney’s decision in firing director James Gunn from the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy 3.
We doubt that Disney who has bought up a lot of Hollywood properties like Marvel, 20th Century Fox, Pixar, Lucasfilm, and others, thought that Hollywood would criticize Disney for foolishly FIRING James Gunn.
Despite it coming off a bit ridiculous to dig up someone past and fire them over some social media posts from a decade ago is shady. It comes off like a poor excuse to fire someone.
This is where Bobcat Goldthwait opens letter to Disney asking Disney Theme Parks to remove his voice from the upcoming World of Color attraction, which contains his character from Hercules.

We have to agree with Bobcat Goldthwait, it’s the dumbest thing Disney has done, especially since we worked there for 8 years and know that the studio tends to be hypocrites about a lot of things.
Goldthwait writes:
I love @jamesgunn. He’s a loyal friend, super talented, passionate and kind. I wanted to say something, here it is:
Dear @disney, I would hate for you to come off as hypocritical so I’m suggesting that you remove my voice from an attraction that’s coming to your park. It’s called WORLD OF COLOR – VILLAINOUS, and I reprise the role of Pain, a role I played in HERCULES. You see here’s the deal, years ago I made a lot of sarcastically shocking and offensive jokes. Many that I’m embarrassed about now, and I’d hate to make you guys look bad seeing that I’m openly critical of the president and his administration, and you seem to be taking your lead from some of his radical fringe supporters.
He adds after he threw James Wood under the bus for his radical an offensive social media posts:

Then in one final gut-punching statement, Bobcat asks them about POWDER?

You might remember the Hollywood director everyone embarrassed, his name is Victor Salva, the director Disney hired to make the movie Powder. He is also the same director who made Jeepers Creepers 3 and the movie was shunned last year.
