Not so fast! Steve Rogers aka Captain America’s demise may have been exaggerated!
Read on and find out what unexpected plot twist may be going on because it was rumored that Chris Evans was DONE playing Captain America in the Marvel Cinematic Universe…
CelebNMovies247.com has just heard that Chris Evans as Captain America may have more stories following Marvel Cinematic Universe Avengers 4.
Just last month, Chris Evans tweeted that he had wrapped filming on Avengers 4 and, given his phrasing, many expected that his days as Captain America were finished.
We guess not.
What Joe Russo had to say in a recent interview actually maybe even more interesting with that in mind. Here’s what the director had to say when asked about that tweet.
Russo said:
I think it was more emotional for him than us because he’s not done yet. And I won’t explain what that means but audiences will soon understand what I’m talking about.
See, Joe Russo and his brother Anthony Russo have worked with Chris Evans more than anyone else in the MCU. They directed both The Winter Soldier and Civil War, in addition to the two Avengers movies. So they probably have a very good and close relationship with Evans.
They also have insight into what is happening next and by the comment from Joe, it’s clear that there may be more Steve Rogers, in the future of the MCU.
Evans can be seen in his possible “final” Captain America role for Phase 3 in Avengers 4, which will be in theaters May 3, 2019.
