Suicide Squad 2 Set to Begin Shooting Fall 2018

If you were wondering when will the sequel Suicide Squad 2 start filming, CelebNMovies247.com has learned that Warner Bros. has slated production to start in Fall 2018.

Read on for more details on Suicide Squad 2…

Suicide Squad 2 Set to Begin Shooting Fall 2018In addition to Wonder Woman 2, Suicide Squad 2 is the other comic book sequel bound for the United Kingdom.

According to the folks over at Omega Underground:

Suicide Squad 2 has been earmarked for a production start in October when Gavin O’Connor plans to ship Task Force X off to the Leavesden film studio in England – otherwise known as Warner’s home base on the British Isles.

Will Smith will be busy shooting Gemini Man until late July and Margot Robbie is expected to shoot Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon A Time In Hollywood throughout the summer.

This is a sequel that is supposedly a “big priority” for WB, so we wouldn’t be all that surprised if Suicide Squad 2 was fast-tracked for a release in early 2020 (possibly February 14th) to arrive alongside the Green Lantern Corps movie.

One glance at the Warner Bros. schedule will tell you that the film giant currently has two dates reserved for 2020: that aforementioned February slot, and June 5th.

One is apparently for Suicide Squad 2 and the other for the long-awaited Green Lantern Corps movie.

Right now, Aquaman is due to drop in December 2018 and Shazam! and Wonder Woman 2 is locked in for 19, then 2020 is a total mystery, but we a hunch our DCEU release slate is close to right.

We hope to see another round of crazy neon stylized posters Warner Bros. did  for the first film, plus new characters:
