Tom Hardy’s Al Capone Movie Heading Straight To Streaming!

The upcoming Al Capone Movie released the official trailer starring Tom Hardy but the film is now heading to VOD platforms under a new title: Capone. Read on…

CelebNMovies247.com reports that the Josh Trank-directed crime pic starring Tom Hardy as Al Capone is finally making its way to streaming instead of theaters.

We finally have the first trailer for Capone, which was previously known as Fonzo, sprung into life back in 2016, though Hardy’s involvement in the standalone Venom movie naturally pushed Fonzo Capone onto the back-burner.

It’s only now, four years later, that Capone is finally on the verge of release thanks to Vertical Entertainment. As reported by Anton Volkov on Twitter, Josh Trank’s Fantastic Four follow-up has been retitled, slapped with an R rating, and is now seemingly bound for digital platforms.

The movie looks to tell an untold story about the figure’s final years. In a tweet, Josh Trank shared the trailer and revealed that it will arrive digitally on May 12.

Will be on streaming! Planned as theatrical, but hopefully will be on the big screen later this year!”
