CelebnMovies247.com had the pleasure of watching TRIGGERED and all we can say is OMG that is so gross.
TRIGGERED is one of the perfect horror movies in the styling of “SAW” where a group of friends a pitted against each other in a kill or be killed situation.
TRIGGERED stars Sean Cameron Michael (“Black Sails,” The Mummy), Liesl Ahlers (Friend Request, Daylight), and Reine Swart (The Lullaby, Detour). The film was directed by Alastair Orr (House on Willow Street, Indigenous) and written by David D. Jones, making his feature screenwriting debut.
It is non-stop action from the minute it starts and continues to show how friends quickly become enemies. It almost makes you question if you and your friends were in a situation like this what would you do?
The movie follows nine friends, all harboring a dark secret, go camping in the woods. After a wild night of partying, they wake up with SUICIDE BOMBS strapped to their chests, all with varying times on their countdown clocks. They decide to work out how to disarm the bombs or find help – until they discover they can ‘take’ one another’s time by killing each other.
We enjoyed the sick and twisted horror movie that makes you just wanna puke it’s so much blood gushing and splatter. And we mean it in a good way.
Think the gore of Hostel and then put it in a Friday The 13th setting for a night of hell.
For horror movies, we give TRIGGERED a B for blood-splattering fun.
Samuel Goldwyn Films will release the thriller/action/horror film, TRIGGERED On Digital and On Demand on November 6, 2020.
