CelebNMovies247.com reports producer James Wan (Saw, Insidious) and director Michael Chaves’s The Conjuring 3 starring Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga will begin shooting in Atlanta this summer.
The Conjuring 3 is the third installment of the main flagship series. The horror movie will be possessing a theater near you on September 11, 2020. Kind of a strange day, but maybe they want that awkwardness?
Anyhow, The Conjuring 3 will not only be the third entry in The Conjuring series, but it will also be the eighth entry in The Conjuring Universe.
The Conjuring 3 will tie into Michael Chaves’s The Curse of La Llorona. If you’ve been heading out to theaters to watch Annabelle, The Nun, and the upcoming The Curse of La Llorona and The Crooked Man (which has not been talked about recently), then you know how its all been playing out.
