CelebNMovies247.com reports that now that Warner Bros. announced that the Snyder Cut of Justice League is coming to HBO Max next year Ayer previous hinted that the studio ruined the integrity of the film.
Why David downplayed the Suicide Squad Ayers Cut.
He originally downplayed talks of studio influence upon Suicide Squad’s release, but things have changed these days. Ayer has opened up about the reshoots Suicide Squad underwent that vastly messed with its tone and plot. Most recently, David revealed things from his original script were scrapped in reshoots, like a romance between Harley Quinn and Deadshot. This further indicated that Warner Bros. meddled with the film’s production, and that Ayer has his own story to tell.
David Ayer previously revealed various bits and pieces that we could’ve seen if his vision had been realized on screen. These have got fans excited to see his cut, and now we have the confirmation that it does actually exist.
Fast forward to today, David responded to a a fan on Twitter and the filmmaker made it 100% clear about the Suicide Squad Ayers Cut.
