The new Avengers: Endgame poster listed every superhero that was on the poster except on, reports CelebNMovies247.com.
Yes, it happened, Okoye, the loyal, badass bodyguard of Black Panther is seen on the poster but the actress, Danai Gurira was no listed.
Fans quickly noticed Danai Gurira’s omission from the Avengers: Endgame poster so they started letting the studio have it. Angry tweets started becoming the echoes of Marvel fans from all over. Moviedrone made sure to point out Marvel’s mistake in bold writing seen above.
Amidst growing outrage on social media, Marvel quickly released a new version of the poster. The new Endgame one-sheet is identical to the original one with one key difference: Danai Gurira’s name is now featured at the top, between Karen Gillan and Bradley Cooper.
When tweeted the poster out, Marvel noted:
She should have been up there all this time.
They sure changed that thing quickly. Avengers: Endgame opens in theaters on April 26.
