Ok MCU fans, CelebNMovies247.com has the latest update on which superheroes you can see on the big screen in the coming years.
Marvel has unveiled their MCU Phase 4 movies in development. Read on…
CelebNMovies247.com can already tell you that 2019 is shaping up nicely since we have the all-new Captain Marvel trailer and Avengers Endgame trailers.
But what is next after Spider-man Far From Home?
The only film that is officially confirmed by Marvel Studios is Spider-Man: Far From Home. The film is not only a sequel to 2017’s Spider-Man: Homecoming, the MCU’s successful reboot of the web-slinger, but also will be the first movie to come out after Avengers 4.
Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019) release date is July 05, 2019.
After that here are the superhero films we can expect from the MCU Phase 4 but we are guessing a confirmation either at San Diego Comic-Con or D23 Expo.
Black Widow:
Scarlett Johansson is finally getting a Black Widow solo movie. She’s been playing Natasha Romanoff since Iron Man 2 in 2010.
It will take Marvel Studios nearly a decade to let her shine on her own.
The Black Widow movie is written by Jac Schaeffer, who appears to have gotten her foot in the door with Marvel through work on Captain Marvel.
This will be the MCU’s second solo female-led movie. The film is currently in pre-production according to IMDB.
The Eternals:
Marvel Studios has thrived turning lesser known characters into giant franchises, and all signs point to The Eternals being their next attempt. Based on the Jack Kirby creation, The Eternals will follow an ancient race of super-powered beings of the same name. Character breakdowns have revealed the Eternals’ full roster, with several of the main Eternals heroes set to appear.
Black Panther 2:
Marvel is said to have their eyes set on late-2019 or early-2020 as the starting point for production.
The sequel is still in the early stages of development, but it will see Chadwick Boseman reprise his role as T’Challa in the lead. Fans should also expect to see Letitia Wright (Shuri), Danai Gurira (Okoye), Lupita Nyong’o (Nakia), and Winston Duke (M’Baku) all return.
With Marvel Studios and Disney already claiming an early February 2021 release date for a currently untitled movie.
We previously told you that the MCU had an unofficial list for Phase 4 which covered all release dates.
That still leaves several movies like:
- Guardians of the Galaxy 3
- Gambit (which will fall in the X-Men Universe)
- Shang Chi
- Doctor Strange 2
- Ant-Man 3
- And the rumored films Captain America 4 and Thor 4 movies.
