Yes, Samuel L. Jackson, the man who rubbed shoulders with the best and brightest heroes of the Marvel Cinematic Universe wants to continue his reign with the Black Panther.

Samuel L. Jackson wants to continue as Nick Fury alongside T’Challa King of Wakanda (Chadwick Boseman).

During an interview on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the MCU heavyweight was chatting with the host about Black Panther.

Jackson jokingly replied that he couldn’t believe it, either, and went on to say how much he’d like Fury to meet T’Challa. Get this, Jackson revealed that he even bugged Marvel execs to get him in the production.

Here is what Samuel had to say:

I couldn’t either [laughs]. When they were making it, I kept saying ‘So when do I go to Wakanda?’ and they were [shakes head]… I mean Nick Fury knows every black thing that’s on the planet, so he’s gotta know about Wakanda. But yeah, I wish I had been there… Eventually, I may end up in Wakanda.

Note: During the post-credits scene of Avengers: Infinity War. The sequence teased his relationship with Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel, which is something that’ll be expanded on when the actor reappears in next year’s solo flick for Carol Danvers.
