This X-Men movie follows five young mutants who are just discovering their abilities while held in a secret facility against their will. They are forced to fight to escape their past sins and save themselves before it consumes them. But there is more than meets the eye. There are some shady things going on within the walls of the secret facility.

 

 

The New Mutants, which was pushed back several times by the studio for re-shoots and for a minute was held up in limbo thanks to the Disney/ 20th Century merger.

For a minute The New Mutants which stars Anya Taylor-Joy, Maisie Williams, Charlie Heaton almost didn’t make it to the big screen. Thankfully Disney decided to push it back to 2020 so it would get a release date.

This will be the last X-Men movie until Marvel starts to reintroduce the X-Men with the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It’s been reported that Storm will be making her first introduction in the MCU with Black Panther 2.
