Synopsis:
The film follows Biochemist Michael Morbius tries to cure himself of a rare blood disease, but he inadvertently infects himself with a form of vampirism instead.
Presumably, this footage was shot in the city of Manchester, which will be presented as New York in the movie itself. The promo also came with a moody message that could easily be mistaken for the tagline of a Batman film.
Leto captioned the Gif with this:
Because no one else will walk this path…this place of shadows, where we do what must be done, no matter the cost. #MORBIUS
In February, Jared teased fans on the first day of filming:
Speaking of things staying in the shadows, we’ve yet to get a proper look at Leto in full vampire mode.
Leto shared a video last month where the bottom half of his face was strategically covered.
Morbius is an upcoming American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name, produced by Columbia Pictures in association with Marvel and distributed by Sony Pictures Releasing.
