Marvels Unveils Eternals Solo Posters + Run Time 157 Mins

CelebnMovies247.com has your first look at the new Eternals solo movie posters.

Eternals hits theaters on November 5th and will NOT be airing on Disney + Premier Access, no thanks to the success of Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.

The premise of the Eternals is this, which also explains why the Avengers are NOT in the movie. The film explains that the Eternals do not interfere with humanity unless needed. After the return of half the population in Avengers: Endgame (2019) ignites “the emergence”, the Eternals—an immortal alien race created by the Celestials who have secretly lived on Earth for over 7,000 years—reunite to protect humanity from their evil counterparts, the Deviants.

The final trailer explains why the Avengers are NOT in the film:

Eternals Run Time:

The “Nomadland” director and Oscar-winner Chloé Zhao’s revealed during an interview with Fandango that “Eternals” is over two and a half hours long, half-jokingly adding, “it could be longer!” She went on to explain that the film follows over 10 characters and spans 7,000 years of time, so there’s a lot of ground to cover.

That runtime puts “Eternals” longer than “Avengers: Infinity War” (149 minutes) and behind “Avengers: Endgame” (181 minutes) in terms of length, as the majority of Marvel Studios’ films run at a little over two hours in length.

Eternals” is a key film for the MCU. The story takes place after the events of “Avengers: Endgame” and follows a group called the Eternals, whom Zhao calls “Earth’s original superheroes.” In the story of the film, the Eternals are a near-immortal race of beings who were created by the Celestials and have lived secretly on Earth for over 7,000 years.

When their evil counterparts, the Deviants, were wiped out thousands of years ago, the Eternals were instructed to stand on the sidelines and allow humanity to progress on its own until the Deviants returned – hence why they didn’t intervene when Thanos arrived and wiped out half the population. As tends to happen with evil counterparts, “Eternals” finds the Deviants coming back, thus forcing the heroes out of hiding.

Do you need to know more about Eternals before watching?

Like all Marvel movies, the MCU makes it easy for fans to jump in anywhere with any film and understand the movie. Unlike the DCEU. Only Wonder Woman and Aquaman have succeeded in that concept.

However, Zhao asserted to Fandango that the film “completely stands alone,” adding, “If you know half the universe disappeared and it came back, that’s all you need to know to watch this film.”

Are you still asking who are the CELESTIALS in Marvel’s Eternals film? WHO made The Celestials? What is their purpose? Will a Celestial Host DESTROY MCU Earth?

Watch this because it explains everything so you are up to speed by the time the movie is in theaters.
